IS IT LEGAL to blow glass and make "tobacco" pipes in ARIZONA?

I am learnign to blow glass, but I was told it is illegal to make bongs and pipes in certain states, can this be true? I have never heard of a state where tobacco pipes were illegal, they sell them in shops here.. I want to make some on my own and sell them on a website or something like that, start my own business on the side selling these babys, is that legal?

1. In your state, that is okay, as long as it is for "tobacco" use.
2. It is legal --- for "tobacco" of course. When your site is up, send me the link. If you are any good at that glass blowing, I may have some customers for you. We have lots of "tobacco" smokers around here.
3. step one foot into any tobacco shop in Arizona and you will see that it is perfectly legal
