What age do you have to be to blow glass pipes?

I'm 16 and I don't smoke but i think glass pipes are really cool looking and a very nice piece of art. I would love to make/sell them and I was wondering if there is an age that you have to be in order to blow glass pipes.

1. LOL, this is a funny question.....:"blow glass pipes". OMG, too good..too easy...I'll let it go. Anyway, make them whenever you want. 18 to sell in most places...regulated by your state's tobacco laws.
2. The work itself is considered industrial due to the high heat and risk of injury. Simply because of that it's either 16 or 18 depending on what state you're working on due to the state's child employment and labor laws.
3. Old enough to afford the glass working torches, the lathes, the annealing ovens and old enough to visit a shop and see the prices. There are people who will trade drugs for pipes so the competition is tough. Lots of places won't allow you to have a torch with oxygen tanks in a residential area so you will need a separate workshop. You will also need to be able to afford a lawyer because you may end up arrested for conspiring with known criminals. The police don't like people who make paraphinalia for drugees. I know that this generation thinks it's cool to smoke through fancy things but having one with residue is ilegal in many areas. It really takes years to get good at it so profits will be very slow. Might be better off doing art glass. Nicer group of people too.
