Glass Pipes?

Is it legal to sell Glass pipes in the USA? I live in NY , and i wanted to start a website for my friend to sell his glass on . But after reading about Tommy Chong , im kind of nervous about doing it . Could anyone help me ?????

1. its legal. you just have to say theyre for tobacco.
2. glass "tobacco" pipes, yeah, sure you can as long as you market them as "tobacco" pipes.

They aren't illegal because they are glass, they are illegal because they have a choke... if you dont knwo what that is its the little hole on the end of the bowl that you move your finger off of to get a bigger hit... This would be useless on a tobacco pipe, which shows its for other uses, making it illegal...
4. I live in NY and there is a head shop a few blocks from me. As far as I know they sell all types of smoking accessories. I'm not sure about glass but I don't see why not.
5. You can sell them but they have to be labled as "tobacco" pipes and nothing else. I live in Minnesota and there are pipe stores all over the place and even more on the Internet. Go for it you will be fine. Although I am sure you need some sort of licence.
6. Sometimes, it depends on the intended use. If you try to sell decorative pipes, that's acceptable. If you intend to profit from drug paraphernalia, probably not.
7. i believe they are illegal without a sellers license , i know they are legal in the stores here , they are sold as tobacco pipes. but if you get caught with one that u have purchased then its considered drug paraphernalia
8. Yes it is legal. You just have to be sure that you "only" sell them as tobacco pipes. I still have my Tommy Chong.

10. its not illegal but you can ONLY advertise them as tobacco pipes and i do mean only other wise they can get you for trafficing paraphernalia
