how are glass smoking pipes/bongs made? im not only wondering i want to know how, i need all the basics :)?

1. U go to the store and buy one! thats how its made :)

3. They are blown. Just like anything made out of glass. You need temperatures higher than 2300 degrees celsius, and a lot of skill to be able to make one.
4. they are all different, depending on which place you go to.... all types of different glass.
5. if you're of age i would highly recommend buying the dvd "operation pipeworks" off of ebay or somewhere. explains the making of the simplest pipe all the way up to multi-chamber bongs.
6. They blow glass like any other thing made of glass.... I've seen one made before its pretty crazy how they do it... It probably takes years to learn
7. hahaha, you buy them at the store. they're considered "decorative" items.
8. usually its made of blown glass.... which is a chunk of glass super heated with a blow torch to melt it and this tool that "blows" it into a certain position.... i wouldnt recomend trying it tho... its very dangerous if you dont know what your doing... but here are some videos of people makeing blown glass ornaments... you would just basically do the same thing but in a pipe shape..... http://www.expertvillage.com/video-series/3675_glass-ornaments.htm
