Can I get MS from smoking from their pot pipe? I met with an old friend who has MS. He smokes medically prescribed cannibus. I took a couple hits off his pot pipe. Could I contract MS through his pipe??? I don't know much about the disease and nothing I've read tells me anything.

My landlord found my pipes I use for smoking pot. What do I do? She went into the living room when the maintenance man was fixing the bathroom ceiling because of a leak. She found my glass bong that was on the fireplace mantle. The slide was turned around so that no one could see it. I think she picked it up to look at it. When she found it, she went through my stuff in the living room. She found a cookie tin under the coffee table and took out all the glass pipes and put them on the table and took pics. She called the cops and they told her they couldn't go in because they don't have a search warrant. I know I will probably get evicted, but I was moving out anyways. When smoking my pipe why do some people think I am smoking pot? I smoke a pipe with pipe tobacco only, but why is it some people think I am smoking pot in it? I have never smoked pot, and one can tell the difference between the smell of pipe tobacco and pot. Is it due to my age? I am 29. It does not happen all the time though. I can be walking through a park with my wife and son puffing on a pipe and most people will look and some will comment on the nice smell of the pipe, but every once and a while I will get the smart comment about being a pot head. How should I handle my parents smoking pot? A few months ago, I saw a green glass bong in the window of my parents bathroom. Upon further snooping, I found a cupboard with pot, pipes, lighters, and aerosols to mask smells. I wasn't shocked, because I realized that they didn't do it around me. Long term health effects from inhalation of plastic and aluminum fumes while smoking pot? When I was 15-16 (I'm 18 now), my friends and I used to smoke pot out of a bong made of a plastic water bottle, an empty plastic pen shaft for the pipe, and aluminum foil wrapped around the pen as a bowl. The plastic around the tip of the pen melted slightly on several occasions (the most recent, after which we stopped doing this, caused the pen to bend). About 6 months ago, maybe 6-12 months after I stopped smoking altogether, I had a lung collapse. The doctors say this happens spontaneously in tall thin males, so isn't necessarily tied to this (I haven't mentioned this). It's six months since the surgery and I'm still having pains. . .kinda embarassed to admit I did something this stupid to my doctor or surgeon. Will my health be OK even though I made some bad choices? I used the aforementioned device between 0-3 times a week for maybe two years, was never a heavy drug user. I'm supposed to go up to college soon and don't really want to die or anything..dr apt tomorrow, should I ask?

My step-children have mentioned to us several times that their mother & her roommates smoke pot in the house, while they are there. They see the bongs & pipes laying around. They have written letters to her begging her to stop, we have called DHS & the Police more than 3 times now, and she always hides it, lies, and gets away with it. What can we do????? Please help us. So, we did call DHS, the child service program here in Oregon, and guess what? Marijuana is considered a "recreational" drug, like alcohol, and they are going to force her to take a drug test, but they said if marijuana is the only drug that shows positive, there is nothing that they can or will do. The children even spoke with DHS & the Portland Police, more than once, and still, nothing. In fact, it back fired on us, and now we have to try something else. What can we do? If the state isn't going to make sure these kids are safe, what else is there? The children want to live with us, we talked with them for 4 hours, and they told their mother exactly how they felt. She ended up screwing us in the end, and hiding all of the pot before we could get the cops there. That is what talking to her first did. She is a horrible mother, and we just want these kids to be safe. We have them most of the time anyway, but the court order allows her up to half of the time. That is too much!

Buned throat from smoking pot, painful.? I recently ran out of pot, I smoke due to severe migraines that I have not been able to cure through the use of prescription medications. Pot has been a savior to me and has provided me with a sucessful means of relief. I only get severe migraines about once a month , since I was a child. Last week I did not have any pot and I developed abmigraine. Desperate for relief I went through my drawer of pain killers and decided to try the midrin which normally just sedates me. After 3-4 hours the pain only intensified and I reached f or my pipe in hopes to burn some residue that might remain inside. Since I don't smoke on a regular basis it wasn't as gunky as I had hoped. I tool a lighter, and in a stupid desperate flick I put the lighter to the pipe and basically smoked the flame that went straight through it. The migraine remained and the very next morning my throat was sore. Its 3 days past. Migraine is still here. And now I have a new problem. I am hewistant to smoke. Throat is killing me

15 year old smoking pot, stealing money, and selling drugs.? my younger brother is 15 years old, a sophomore, and not very bright. he has been smoking pot for about 2 or three months. it started out with me and him smoking (yes i know its stupid and probably all my fault) but we would smoke together and at times with his friends. we have always been close. like he would be able to tell me everything. i stopped smoking all together. and yet he still is. CONSTANTLY. like 24/7 my dad found out, and hasnt really punished him because he has always been such a good kid. but he has not let him ride the bus to school and keeps a very watchful eye on him and wont let him be at home alone. it just so happens his drug deal lives right behind us. he has been smoking alone. has his own pipe. and cant live with out it. one day something just wasnt right. like pot wasnt the only thing he was doing. so my dad and i checked his cell phone for texts. we found out he smokes on the school bus whenever the bus driver gets off. he smokes at pe. he smokes after school. and before school. THEN we found out he smoked one day in a CLASSROOM! in a shop class room. we havent confronted him at all about any of this. me and my dad dont really know what to do. THEN, i find out that he took extacy AT SCHOOL one day. he has a heart problem and cant be doing that. we have tried having talks with him. and working it out even though he doesnt know half of what we know. and he thinks smoking pot is perfectly fine, even by yourself. he isnt doing homework, has straight F's and is very messy. oh and one more thing, he stole about 40$ out of my dad coin collection that he had been saving for me and my big brother and my himself ever since we were born. we found out 40$ was missing to buy drugs so he can sell to his classmates. what the HELL should we do?!!?!?!?!

Smoking pot after MEPS and 2 to three months before basic training? ok I have a history of smoking marijuana I mean seriously Ive smoked a lot of weed. the fact is I enjoy pot respectively and responsibly. My Brother Got Caught Drinking and smoking pot...again. NEED ADVICE!? So my mom found a stash of weed, pipes, etc and empty bottles that my bro has been using. This is the second time he has done this. The first time, my parents went to counciling with him, and tried to help him quit. The worst part of this is that we were all starting to trust him again. Now we find out he's been sneaking out late at night and drinking beer by himself, he's continued to smoke pot, and the only response i can get from him is that he likes to do it. My Mom is furious, hurt, and worried and my dad is stressing. I feel hurt, betrayed, and scared because i don't like where this is taking him. My mom is wondering if she should send him away somewhere and try to get clean. I think that may be a bad idea cause it might push him to do it more. Any advice??

Stopped smoking pot, but still stressed... Need advice.? I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago due to my working starting a new random testing policy in the next month... I smoked one hit from a regular metal pipe once a day. I know that's not much, but it really calmed my nerves and kept me from getting stressed out. I used to have panic attacks, and the doctor gave me lexapro... it completely messed my stomach up to where I could hardly eat for a week. Then they tried Paxil... same result. I was also given Xanax. That worked, but I was a zombie. That is why I went to the one hit a day with pot. That worked great for five years. Now I have been going w/ nothing at all. I get out and exercise (ride my bike, cut the grass, play ball), but I still have the same feelings of anxiety. I have thought about asking for a lower dose of the xanax, because at-least it could calm me, but I really don't want to take something like that every day. And if you’re going to give me the "drugs are bad" spill, save your time, I want advice, not a lecture. I do try other things that I enjoy, but it is not that enjoyable when I can't shake the stress that I have inside. Alot of it derives from being the only sorce of income for my family of 4, my starting back to school, and having a tree month old baby. We have always had 2 incomes, but now it is just mine and that makes me stress a lot.

I been caught smoking pot for the 5th time by my parents, what should i do?!? ok, so just a few hours ago, i was mowing my lawn and i see my mom and my back door pointing at me then pointing at her, indicating she wants me to go to her, so i walk up, the thought of her finding my stash didnt even cross my mind, so in her hand is my bowl, couple grams of pot, lighter and a condom lol, now mind u this is at least my 5th time being caught so i am used to this kinda thing, so i try to convince her its my friends and im just hanging on to it because he didnt wanna get caught, but of course since this is my 5th time she dosnt belive me at all, but after pleading and begging her to belive me, so much so that i end up forceing tears out, now im not sure if my parents belive me but right now my only punishment is i cant go to the lynyrd skynyrd conert this saturday even though i already have a ticket, they said if i go, then dont even think about coming back. And also pervious punishments were VERY harsh in my oppinion, first time i got caught, they found my bong and they called the cops on me, sent me to rehab, brooke my bong right in front of me, and was grounded for a month with NOTHING!! only tv downstairs, but i had to watch my was on, couldnt change the fucking chanel, others were just extended period of grounding, like the longest was 3 months of only T.V. downstairs

Is smoking pot from copper pipe harmful? Greenlung? The rumor when I was a kid was that smoking marijuana out of copper pipe causes something called Green Lung and you can die from it. I've recently taken up pot smoking once in awhile as an adult. I want to appear somewhat responsible, and I don't want to have a glass pipe or rolling papers or a bong somewhere in my house. I've been using a tin foil bowl to smoke with, and then I just destroy it when I'm done. Rather than do this every time the desire to relax and get a really good night's sleep hits, I'd rather just put together a few pieces of copper pipe and then take it apart and stick it in my toolbox, even if it was seen, nobody would suspect a thing. That box is full of copper fittings of every type, i could even get really creative and make quite a few interesting smoking devices. Anyhow.. I remember from my childhood that rumor, and looking around for some sort of verification on the Internet has been futile. Does anyone have any information on this topic?

Smoked pot 8 days ago, will I pass a drug test? I took a few hits of pot from a pipe 8 days ago. It's the only time I've smoked this entire year! I had a job interview today and they want to drug test me tomorrow (that will make 9 days). What are the chances of me passing it? Which is more likely to detect it? A urine test or a mouth swab? When I smoke pot with my bong, I cough up black stuff. Why is it that this never happens when I use a pipe? I know that the bong is supposed to filter out a lot of the coal, or at least more then the pipe which doesn't filter out anything but ashes. My 28 week pregnant "almost" sister in-law came to visit and we sat in the backyard and she lit up a cigarrette and it made me feel a little uncomfortable (cuz I hate smoke and I know what it can to do unborn babies) but i thought "heck, she's a grown up and it's none of my business". Why do young black men in housing projects and ghettos think smoking pot and coke doesn'tmake you a crackhead? I live in Charleston South Carolina and quit using cocaine over a year ago and I've always wondered why black guys think that aslong as they only smoke cocaine in in powder form mixed with weed then there not the same thing as some crackhead who smokes crack from a pipe. It sounds stupid to me. Most people I know don't care much for anyone who smokes crack because there untrustworthy and shady. Cocaine can be smoked in powder form and it's done so by putting it in the tip of a cigarette or mixed with weed. This is a huge problem in the urban areas of the southeast. if smoking cocaine didn't make people high then there wouldn't be so many addicts who give all there money away for this crap.

I smoked salvia and I have an oral drug test, and I smoked pot in the pipe before, and I take medication. Ok to make a long story short. I was hired today, because I passed a drug test, but surprise, surprise they are giving me another one in 7 days. I smoked salvia(Legal in CA) I am being given the drug test by an out of state company. I smoked marijuana like a month ago in the pipe I didn't clean it out forgetting I smoked MJ in the pipe before. I smoked salvia in the pipe 2 days ago. Now I am wondering am I going to fail this test. I think it may be illegal in the other state to smoke Saliva. Can the company actually do anything if I smoked Salvia and it comes up positive on the test even though it is legal in California, but illegal where the test is being issued. This test is an oral saliva test (cheek swab.) How do I pass this test and they make you do it in front of them. If it comes up positive for Salvia do they have the legal right to fire me because the testing facility is out of state and Salvia is illegal in that state, it will probably come up positive on the test, but it is perfectly legal where I am. Also I am not worried about the MJ because they stated they would not fire me if it only happened to come up posiitive once, but Salvia is a different issue. What should i do? I care about legality meaning can they fire me. I didn't see anything about non-illegal drugs, but the test is done elsewhere. If it comes up positive for MJ they will give me a warning.

Why don't I get high from smoking pot? I've tried it several times, and all that happens is my eyes feel a little puffy for a few minutes. I've done it once with a toilet paper roll (the first time) and did not get high. Then I did it twice in one night with a pipe, but did not feel high (I was drunk though). Then I did it 2 more times with a soda can and did not feel high. People always suggest I'm not inhaling, but I indeed am. I inhale deeply, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, sometimes holding it in for several seconds, sometimes not. The first few times it burned my lungs, made me cough, etc. Could it be that I am not smoking enough? I always assure myself I am, as other peopel around me smoke less or the same amount and claim to be high. I take several hits, but no luck. Could it perhaps be the weed quality? Perhaps the way in which I smoke it? Or do I just need to smoke it more times to get high? Just curious. At least i'm not buying the weed, what a waste that would be. Also, i am not just in denial of being high. I've been drunk many times and I definitely feel it, believe me. I wouldn't deny it; yes I had puffy eyes but that was the extent. When people talk about being high they feel something; i feel nothing. It isn't intense, but it also isn't a buzz. If having puffy eyes is feeling high, (i'm just suggesting), then what's all the rage about weed? Lame.. Sounds silly but I have to ask you all a question, I'm not a smoker, but my sister is..... my parent's found a vile with white powdery stuff in it, and she's trying to tell them that it's from the pot.... she says when you smoke pot in a pipe that it crystalizes (called it keef???) and that she would scrape it out and put it in the vile. I don't believe her, I think it was something more, it just sounds too far fetched to me, but I don't know, I dont smoke pot. So I remember last summer I was at the beach with my kids and my sister and her kids, It was about a week after school just got out and it was scourching temperature and our beaches get totally packed. While we were there, somewhat close to us was a bunch of teens (there was 4 guys and about 8 girls) They were between 15-17, I would say. all of those girls had a small bikini on and were all attractive, the guys seemed to be all hunks with muscular bodies. One of the kids there in particular, he had several tattoos and had without doubt the most muscles on at the entire beach, He seemed to be like the star of the show. Girls were all hitting on him, he looked like he was having a blast. I knew they were drinking beer, because I saw him constantly chugging a plastic bottle with ice in it that looked just like beer, it was very easily to tell he was getting drunk because he was so joyful with everyone and everything. When it got a little later at around 4 pm, he brings out a pipe and I noticed it right away, he began to smoke it and passed it to others who wanted some too, it smelled like marijauana. Would you have done something/said something if you saw this and you were with your kids? I do realize that they all were off school and the guy who was getting drunk and high seemed to be having the time of his life, so I didn't say anything or didn't complain. My kids didn't notice, they are much younger. There was a couple thousand people there, nobody seemed to care, but the main guy definately didn't seem like a threat to anyone, it just seemed like he was in complete party mode
